La ubicación geográfica, su altitud (1300 a 1500 m.s.n.m), temperatura (promedia los 18 grados), humedad relativa, precipitación, topografía, tipo de suelo (franco-arcilloso), sistema de cultivo orgánico, manejo del cafetal tecnificado, y sobre todo la variedad criolla del sector cultivada por mucho años conseguiremos en pocos años el certificado de “CAFÉ SOSTENIBLE” para el Café Olinka Vélez y Café Sozoranga.
Our Location
Our geographical location is one of our best tools. The height is 1300 - 1500 msnm and the temperature is between 64 F - 74 F, relative humidity enviroment, our loam soil type, our organic farming system, technified management of our coffee plantation and most of all the great variety of local coffee cultivated among the years. We have no doubts that in a few years we´ll achieve our Specialty Coffee certification for our products.
